RECRUITMENT OF PERSONNEL AND TRAINING

The key to the successful operation of our service is the recruitment and selection of suitable investigators, supervisors, executives and support personnel. We motivate our investigators by providing a liberal program of fringe benefits and promotions from within, as well as the highest salaries in the industry.

Applicants are carefully screened and selected in a professional manner, on the basis of their character, ability, reputation, habits and associations. In addition to our triple interview process and 24 hour pre-assignment training program, a comprehensive background investigation is performed in addition to state required fingerprint checks. All of our applicants must pass a NIDA Certified Drug Test. Random drug tests are conducted on existing staff, throughout the year.

PLACEMENT

While our complex recruitment, training and background investigation process serves to insure the most successful investigations possible, it does take more time to staff specific investigation assignments. We find that we must constantly remind our clients that we are not a "Temp" agency or a Security Guard firm. Upon receiving a request for undercover operative services, we normally require three weeks of lead time, in order to assure proper and effective placement of the agents.

REPORTS AND INFORMATION

We provide our clients with either monthly, or bi-monthly written reports, based upon our investigator's verbal and written communications, as well as our daily contact and heavy supervision of the agents. Furthermore, we communicate with our clients telephonically, between reports.

Naturally, our goal is to keep our clients well informed and apprised of the intelligence information produced by our investigators. Each client is assigned both a primary and alternate executive, who are always familiar with the facts of each investigation. Naturally, our Corporate Officers are always available for consultation and emergencies.

REFERENCES

Please don’t ask. Just as you would not want us to tell your competitors that you have internal dishonesty and personnel problems, our existing clients do not want you to know the nature of their security exposures either. Furthermore, it is illegal for us to reveal the names of our clients.
