INSURANCE & LICENSING New York State Law (Article VIIA, of the New York State General Business Law) requires that Security Guard Employers (Store Detectives are classified as Plainclothes Security Guards) have at least $300,000 of coverage. Investicorp, Inc. proudly boasts of its comprehensive General Liability Insurance, far above and beyond legal requirements and industry standards. Our policy is for $1,000,000, with a $3,000,000 aggregate and covers our employees throughout the United States. We gladly provide Certificates of Insurance upon request and will be happy to name any major client as an Additional Insured. Investicorp, Inc. is Licensed by the New York State Department of State, Division of Licensing Services , New Jersey State Police and the Connecticut State Police. Asset Protection of Florida, Inc. is Licensed by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. SUPERVISION Investicorp, Inc. sets the industry standard for supervision of its personnel. Since personnel work in many different capacities, supervision is job specific. For example, our Undercover Investigators are required to telephone their supervisors daily, upon returning home from their work assignment. They are also required to have a personal meeting with their supervisor every week. These debriefings are an integral part of the success of our Undercover Program. Clients are welcome to attend our debriefings. Personnel working in various positions within the Investicorp/David Rose MODEL OUTSOURCING PLAN receive supervisory and executive visits, depending upon the client’s individual requirements and policies.
